one for dessert.

- Smoked salmon and dill cream cheese roll-ups
- Spinach and bacon spirals (rolled sandwiches
on tortillas)
- Phyllo triangles filled with sweet onions
and two cheeses
- Jumbo mushrooms filled with herbed breadcrumbs
- Skewered lamb with almond-mint pesto
- Fresh vegetables - grape tomatoes, carrots,
cucumbers, sweet pepper strips, served
with Green Goddess dressing
- Caraway cheese straws, and sesame-cheddar
wafers.
- Bite-sized cherry cheese-cakes
- Assorted petit fours
- Old-fashioned lemon bars, and ginger shortbread
- Assorted cakes - chocolate mousse cake, tiramisu, and mocha-raspberry trifle
