Menu consists of two intermissions
- one for substantial "finger" food and one for dessert.

  • Smoked salmon and dill cream cheese roll-ups
  • Spinach and bacon spirals (rolled sandwiches on tortillas)
  • Phyllo triangles filled with sweet onions and two cheeses

  • Jumbo mushrooms filled with herbed breadcrumbs

  • Skewered lamb with almond-mint pesto

  • Fresh vegetables - grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, sweet pepper strips, served with Green Goddess dressing
  • Caraway cheese straws, and sesame-cheddar wafers.

  • Bite-sized cherry cheese-cakes

  • Assorted petit fours

  • Old-fashioned lemon bars, and ginger shortbread
  • Assorted cakes - chocolate mousse cake, tiramisu, and mocha-raspberry trifle
