Joan's Kitchen


Joan GerdesJoan Gerdes has served great food to the greater Puget Sound area since 1978.

Joan is a graduate of the South Seattle Community College Professional Chef's Program, and earned a Certificate from the Diana Folonari School Italian Country Cooking (Positano, Italy).

Joan is an expert in large-scale receptions and tradeshows. She was owner-manager of the Seattle Gift Show Building restaurant for over 10 years, specializing in deli service with famous home-made soups, and buffets for wholesale markets.
